The truth? For years I thought style was about shopping smart, following trends, and “looking put together.”But real, aligned, powerful style has nothing to do with perfection — and everything to do with knowing who you are and showing up as her.
If you’re over 350 and going through a season of change (career shift, life reinvention, or simply tired of dressing like someone you’re not), this is for you.
Because you don’t need more clothes. You need clarity, intention… and permission to dress for the woman you’re becoming.
What is personal style, really?
Your style is not just your wardrobe. It’s how you move, how you feel in your own skin, and how you tell your story through fashion — whether that’s jeans and lipstick or neutrals and sleek jewelry.
It’s shaped by:
Your culture and past — your roots always leave a mark.
Your lifestyle — where you go, what you do, who you see daily.
Your mindset — how you see yourself, and how much permission you give yourself to be visible.
Why does style matter?
Because when you feel like you in your clothes, you stop hiding. Style isn’t shallow — it’s communication. It tells the world who you are before you say a word. And when it’s aligned, it gives you energy instead of draining it.

My 3 steps: the simple formula
1. Audit your closet — gently, without judgment Ask yourself:
What do I love wearing (and why)?
What never sees the light of day?
Which pieces feel most “me”?
👉 Keep what aligns. Release what doesn’t. This is about making space, not chasing perfection.
2. Build your moodboard — no rules, just vibes Pinterest, Instagram, magazines — save what inspires you. Pay attention to:
Colour palettes you’re drawn to
Silhouettes that make you feel confident or comfortable
Accessories/details you’d actually wear
👉 This becomes your visual identity: style meets intuition.

3. Play. Experiment. Evolve. Try new combos, layer unexpected pieces, take mirror selfies, test outfits at home.
👉 Style is not about “getting it right.” It’s about rediscovery — and giving yourself freedom to evolve.
What to focus on when building your wardrobe:
Elevated basics: a great blazer, quality denim, crisp white tee.
Statement pieces: a bold print, meaningful accessory, or signature lipstick.
Fit + comfort: tailor pieces when needed, and stop squeezing into clothes that don’t honor your body.

Style tips from my journey (and my clients’):
💡 Dress for your shape with love, not rules. Highlight what you enjoy.
💡 Balance proportions: oversized + fitted = effortless polish.
💡 Fit is everything: tailoring transforms even the simplest look.
Accessories = your signature
Think of them as punctuation marks. They tell your story without words.
A bracelet stack from your travels
A scarf passed down from your mom
Earrings that make you feel unstoppable on camera
👉 Don’t save them “for later.” Wear them now.

The most important piece in your wardrobe?
Your confidence. And here’s the secret: when your outfit reflects who you are, you don’t have to fake it. You become it.
Final thoughts: Style is a journey, not a label
You don’t need to fit into a box like “minimalist” or “boho.” Your style can — and should — evolve as your life does.
So, reclaim the mirror. Use fashion not as a mask, but as a mirror of your strength, softness, and story.
