By: Lina Diaz Vargas The first time someone told me “you need to show up consistently online,” I nodded like I understood — but honestly, I had no clue what that looked like in real life. Was I supposed to post every day? Share my entire life? And even if I did… how would that actually help me grow?

The truth is: it’s not the idea that’s complicated — it’s putting it into practice that feels messy. And if that’s where you are right now, I see you. So let me break it down step by step, the same way I wish someone had done for me.

1. Who is your audience — and why does she matter?

Your audience isn’t “everyone.” She’s the woman who actually needs what you offer. She might look a little like you a few years ago. She might be waiting for your words, your story, your energy.

Don’t overthink it — just ask yourself:

  • What does she want deep down?

  • What’s holding her back right now?

  • What is she secretly Googling at 11 p.m.?

  • What would she love to find in your content?

2. Focus on one woman

This is what’s called a “persona,” but don’t let the word scare you. Think of one woman. Give her a name, an age, a situation Is she a mother? An entrepreneur? Switching careers? Starting fresh?

The more specific you are, the easier it becomes to speak directly to her heart.

3. Your brand needs a soul

It doesn’t matter if you sell services, clothes, beauty products, or ideas. Your story is the soul of your brand — and that’s what makes it magnetic.

  • Why do you do this?

  • What inspired you to start?

  • What challenges have you faced and overcome?

  • How can your journey help her in hers?

Sharing honestly creates connection and trust.

4. Style from the inside out

Your image is not just “how you look” — it’s communication.Choose colours, shapes, and visuals that reflect who you are becoming, not just who you’ve been.

When your style matches your essence, something shifts: You don’t just look confident. You are confident.

5. Show up — even if it’s imperfect

Yes, you need visibility. But no, you don’t have to be an influencer. You just need to share your voice, your story, and your perspective.

That could be a quick tip, a short reflection, or a glimpse of your process. What matters most is authenticity + strategy + consistency.

6. You don’t have to do it alone

This journey is exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming. That’s why I created my brand strategy services: to help you organize your ideas, clarify your message, and build a brand that feels powerful, magnetic, and completely you.

No filters. No imitating others. Just you — showing up with clarity and intention.
